3. Set up your Telephone and Voice Mail

You must submit a Telephone Work Request form to:

• have your name programmed into your telephone extension;
• have the Voice Mail PIN number reset (if Voice Mail is already installed on the phone); or;
• have Voice Mail installed. (Note: You must first obtain approval from you Faculty or Department as there is a cost for Voice Mail.)
