- Essentials - all QUT staff need to use these services regularly.
- Teaching - services relating to teaching at QUT, including Online Learning and Teaching, the Library, etc.
- Services - general services that are utilised by most QUT staff.
- Support - services to support QUT staff, such as training, hardware support, etc.
- Service Monitor - informs staff of the effects of changes and interruptions to QUT's information services.

Scheduled Maintenance
Scheduled IT systems maintenance occurs on a Wednesday night between 10:00pm and 7:00am. This means some services may be unavailable during this time.
