Enrol Online using QUT Virtual
https://qutvirtual.qut.edu.au 
You can access QUT Virtual as soon as you have changed your initial QUT-Access password.
- Go to the QUT Home Page
- Click QUT Virtual under Quick Links and enter your QUT-Access username (eg. n1234567) and password.
- Select the Student Services Tab
- Click Go to On-line Enrolment
- Commonwealth supported students must submit their electronic Commonwealth assistance form (eCAF) before they can use online enrolment
- Click I Accept at the bottom of the Conditions of Use page
- Nominate a course or major if necessary, or confirm a pre-determined enrolment program
- Check your course completion date
- Access and view your Course Summary Sheet to determine which units you need to enrol in
- Add units for the entire academic year in the 'Add Units' section
- Withdraw from units if necessary in the 'Withdraw Units' section

- If you are substituting units (adding and withdrawing) you must add units prior to undertaking withdrawals
- Select view and change personal class allocation and allocate yourself to lectures and tutorials.
- Select the Personal Information tab and update your personal details, postal address and statistical details
