QUT Printing Services (QPS) provides a wide range of convenient photocopying and printing services to all students. QPS service centres are located in the libraries on all campuses and are open seven days a week during semester to meet your service requirements. For more detail on locations and opening hours refer to the QPS web page.
QUT printers and photocopiers are connected to a networked system. To access printing students use their Student ID Card. Students can add value to their networked account at any QPS service centre or through autoloaders on campus. For more information refer to: www.qps.qut.edu.au/copyprint
What services are available at the QPS counters?
- QUT-Access password changes
- Payment centre – Increase your Internet Access entitlement, Library payments etc
- Colour and black/white printing and photocopying A4 – A0
- Full range of Digital Media Production services
- Rental of laptops (Mac and Windows) and projector. QUT Laptops Purchase Program, Mac and Windows laptops are available.
- Online Print requisition form for printing of Thesis www.qps.qut.edu.au/requisition
- Stationery supplies – paper, binders, covers, folders and various paper media
- Laminating - ID to large poster sizes
- Hole punching, stapling and trimming
Compile your own Study Material through FlexiPrint
FlexiPrint is a web-based Print on Demand system which enables you to create your own course information packs by selecting printable material from MCD and QUt Blackboard websites.
Access to FlexiPrint is available from your home, office and QUT computers. You can compile your own Print Pack without downloading the material to your computer. You are given options to pay online and choose a location and time of delivery. FlexiPrint is an additional service and does not replace lab printing.
